The attorney of the firm is also actively engaged on behalf of developers and builders in all aspects of the approval and permitting process, including zoning, subdivision and wetlands issues. The firm also represents property owners in connection with efforts to limit or modify development proposals. The firm also has extensive experience in construction law and the litigation and arbitration of construction disputes on behalf of building contractors.

The firm represents small and medium size business entities in all aspects of general corporate representation. The firm is involved in the negotiation and drafting of various corporate agreements such as employment agreements, stock purchase agreements, non-competition and confidentiality agreements, and licensing agreements. The firm is also involved in advising new business entities in all aspects of organization and start up. The firm also regularly represents businesses in connection with the purchase and sale of assets.
